We’ll provide design proofs for your review and approval, either digitally via PDF or physically by post, along with material swatches where needed. For new-build projects, swatches can even be provided in advance to support the design process before final sign-off.

While we bring your custom products to life, you’ll be kept informed every step of the way—from initial concept through to final delivery. Once artwork is approved, we typically operate on a 3–4 week lead time.
